Snow Storm Summary 01/03/21
The temperature was above freezing through the day on January 2nd with light rain throughout the day. Overnight low temperature was forecast to be 27 degrees with high humidity and light wind. Due to those conditions the ground was very slow to dry. We checked properties throughout the night and found all wet surfaces were starting to freeze at about 5:30am. While most concrete surfaces were adequately dry, all asphalt surfaces were still wet at that time. By about 6am the asphalt surfaces had a glaze of very dangerous black ice. We treated your property to maintain safe conditions through Sunday morning until the sun was able to adequately dry the lot.
